Musqet docs

How to take payments with Musqet, on a card machine, in the merchant portal, on a payment link and through the API. The tree is being filled in capability by capability, so it is thin today and /index.md always lists exactly what exists.

Pages are written to be read to whatever depth you need. The first screen answers the common case in plain language, and the detail is below it, so the same page serves someone who wants the button to press and someone who wants the failure modes.

Every page here is also available as markdown. Append .md to any page URL, or send Accept: text/markdown and the same URL returns its source. /index.md is a map of the whole tree, and is the right place to start. It is also what / itself returns to a markdown request, since the map is more use than this page is.
